tooth problems help please?!

okay im a filling baby. but yes i do brush my teeth. just got into the habit of flossing 22 years old and still love candy and acidity things. well. when i was 19 a filling came out my lower right . the hole looks deep etc, but i haven't had pain problems, just lil sensitive on certain foods. i also ate on my left side more then anything. one time a couple month back i was eating and the back of my gums between the big teeth in the back just start hurting as if food was being jam between the gums. so i floss and chunks of teeth started coming out from the back of my tooth on the left top side. then discovers there a hole that been cover up with food. . anyway since finding this discovery i started having tooth problems. first the sentive when i eat. then pain. ..just over time the pain went from the tooth its self to the gum cheek, to the back lower temple below my ear to the one above the ear and jaw..today the pain been off and on. so i took a paper towel stuck it on my tooth. because as far as im concern the nerve is expose. not only that but withen the last 10 mins from sucking on the area with the paper towel blood actually filled the guaze. and im thinking from all the headache i was collecting blood and it need to come out some where. but when this happen i feel so much better. and not only that but i came with a cold and the two just dont mix. i know you guys are like go to the dentist, but i dont even know if i have dental coverage. from my insurance through my parent because i not 26 yet. and i dont get along with my folk like that. so i been comprehmising. just hoping not to wake up dead ( lol) because this is quite a serious matter. it like the fill it work the first time then after that is like wtf., so after all this blah detail. i guess what i need to know is has my tooth become infected. is that blood coming out blood that should becoming out? i need to know just so i can go get some pilacilen or amoxycillen witch ever one work for the head and throat area for infections . i do believe intime my tooth will. heal. if just get worst to the point where i cant focus and i need to seek medical attention then yes i will make arrangements with the dentist and get this taking care of. until then. i can buy medicine that deal with infections and healing
