Brushing my teeth takes the top layer of skin of my gums.?!

Question: Brushing my teeth takes the top layer of skin of my gums.?
Whenever I brush my teeth the top layer skin comes away from the from the inside wall of my mouth where the bristles of the brush come into contact. I use an electric toothbrush with a soft head, I've also used a normal manual toothbrush with the same results. I've also used corsodyl & listerine mothwashes but no joy. In the mornings I end up with dead skin in the corners of my mouth & stuck to my teeth which isn't very pleasant, any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Talk to your dentist in the first instance and see what he suggests. He can then refer to a hygienist or an perio specialist depending on his clinical decision.

This is not normal and you must get it sorted. Meanwhile just try using a baby toothbrush to ease the pressure on the skin until you get to your dentist.

The process of brushing applied by you seems wrong.

Maintain a round motion from top to bottom while brushing. Do not rub the brush against your teeth , just try to massage the teeth not the gum .

Use warm water while washing your mouth and avoid mouth washer as the chemical perhaps does not suit you.

Can you get a crystal of "Alum" ? . Dissolve a small cube in a cup of water and rinse the mouth with it for 2 days.

Try to be careful to only brush your teeth and not your gums. I would definitely go and see the hygienist who should be able to give you more accurate advice.

maybe you need good amount of vitamin c and need to brush properly.

that is not naturall
