HORRIBLE TOOTHACHE!!! HELP PLEASE!?!

Question: HORRIBLE TOOTHACHE!!! HELP PLEASE!?

I have had this very bad cavity in my mouth. I went to the dentist today and they did a couple of X-Rays. I have a appointment again for this thing they are going to put on my tooth on 2/23/11. But my tooth is hurting now. I can't wait till them. Does anybody know what could help until i have to go back to the Dentist? I'm picking best answers.

You need to see your Doctor. You may need antibiotics to clear a possible infection.

I would have to suggest to go to a pharmacy or the dentist to pick up some pain medication for that pesky tooth ache, or what I would try to do is ice the area that is hurting to help possible infection, also I did hear something about baking soda that is supposedly a good way to get rid of tooth pain, you should look it up, because your best bet would be the baking soda.

You probably do have an infection. Especially if they have given you some antibiotics to take before they start to do anything. Please do give them a call if not and it is really severe, you can call your local hospital and they can take care of cases like these.
