Question: Should i fix it- tongue tied?

i am tongue tied and am 16. i want to get it fixed but i dont know wheather to go to the doctor or the dentist do they remove it in a different way? has anyone else got theirs fixed and if so did fixing your tongue make it harder to talk, did you regret it?

If its Important, or affects ur speech, or even your confidence, then go ahead and get it fixed. Youll need a doctor/surgeon, not a dentist, they only specialize in teeth.
