Coca cola is a strong acid so for one it corrodes the surface enamel, as well as that anything high in sugar is bad because with a ton sugar floating through your blood it attacks your teeth from the nerve end of the tooth as well.... so its not just bad, it doubly bad, and brushing your teeth or using mouth wash will not do much to help.

According to a video I watched in school it can completely dissolve them overnight. According to QI, it causes very little damage!

It is a very acidic drink and can contain a lot of sugar so it is bad for your teeth but not as bad as you might think. A friend of mine drinks over 1 litre of coca cola a day and she doesn't have any fillings or anything.

well, I've heard that if you loose a tooth and put it in a glass of coke overnight, in the morning, it will be gone.

I tried it once, and it wasn't completely gone, just really brown and worn away. So it's the truth, Coke is terrible for your teeth.

Nothing at all. It doesn't stay in the mouth long enough. If you leave a tooth in a glass of coke it can damage it a bit but it takes a very long time, so just drinking it does nothing.

Nothing, your supposed to drink it not brush your teeth with it!

Common sense

I don't know but I know it is good for cleaning out drains because it has corrosive in it?

corrode

rots them
