Can my teeth/ gums get damaged if i keep gritting them as hard as i can?!


Question: Can my teeth/ gums get damaged if i keep gritting them as hard as i can?
IVe got a habit of gritting my teeth as hard as i can, i do it all day everyday and they ache alot, it feels like they are loose but if i try to wobble them they are strong and dont move, but if i keep gritting them will i get teeth problemms??? Thanks.

Yes you will get problems.
The enamal on your teeth is the strongest bone in your body, but grinding them, wares away at them.
Try a bite guard for awhile, just to restore them(:

You will wear them away doing that. Although the teeth are strong, grinding them the way you describe will cause them to wear.
