It's obvious that you're following a proper oral hygiene regimen. You should also remember, that the mouth is simply the open-end of your stomach and digestive tract. What you eat (or, I should say, what you've eaten) can have an effect on how your breath smells.

Undigested food can stay in your intestines for as long as 96 hours. That's a lot of fermenting, rotting food that can escape as horrid smells out of your mouth when you breathe or speak.

In severely overweight people, up to 30 POUNDS of undigested food can lay idle in your digestive tract.

Here are a few things you can do.

1. A two-part mouth-wash called "SmartMouth" by Triumph Pharmaceuticals. You simply remove the caps from both bottles, pump four squirts of each solution into the cup, and vigorously rinse for 30-60 seconds. Then, you gargle and spit. I've known many people with some very, very stank breath who have been cured by "SmartMouth".

2. Mint Asure Fresh Breath Capsules. Formerly known as "Breath-assure", these minty capsules dissolve in your stomach and eliminate those deep-down scummy odors from the inside, out. You can find them at Rite-Aid and probably many other pharmacies.

3. TheraBreath Plus Extra Stength Power Bad Breath Drops. Just a few drops on the back of your tongue does it! Most sulfur producing bacteria starts at the base of the tongue. Powerdrops are designed for that specific area. Simply squeeze 2-3 drops onto the back of the tongue as often as needed.

Good luck, my friend!

is it possible that you arent cleaning your gums sufficiently? gingivitis and gum disease can cause a very nasty smell in the mouth. flossing is extremely important to keep your gums healthy. eventually with bad oral hygiene techniques you could develop a deeper infection called an abscess. these smell awwwwwwwwful. otherwise it could just be the foods you eat

you could try to change your toothpaste or perhaps get mouthwash. don't eat offensive foods like onions or garlic if you're going to be around others and make sure that when you brush your tongue you go all the way back and get all of the white off. also drinking more water throughout the day will really help to keep your mouth clean and breath fresher

I had the same problem a while back and my dentist told me to start flossing! It fixed the problem. Most of us forget that little pieces of food get stuck between our teeth and those are just as important to remove as the stuff on the outer tooth.
Try flossing twice a day and I'm sure you'll be able to tell a difference.

get the ora brush

no, your just gross.
