Can veneers fix my crowded teeth?!

Question: Can veneers fix my crowded teeth?
I am interested in getting veneers but I'm not sure if they can fix what I have.

My two front teeth are crooked and the teeth on either side are pushed back, but everything from my eye teeth back are straight. I was just wondering if veneers can fix the look of this, or am I forced to have braces for years and years.
I want the quickest fix possible.. regardless of how expensive it may be.

On my bottom row, three of my teeth are slightly crooked but I'm not interested in getting veneers for them because when I smile they barely show, and they really aren't that bad.

But for my top row - is cosmetic dentistry an option?

Answers:

This is hard to answer without seeing how much crowding you have. You may have to have a little reduction of the enamel done at your dentists discretion. Some extreme crowding may require some crowns in combination with veneers. I would recommend you see a cosmetic dentist (with an LVI "Las Vegas Institute" certification. Make a consultation appointment (often done at no charge) to discuss your personalized options. Some offices offer services like computer enhanced smiles where they take your picture and show you what you'll look like after the procedure is done. And even better they can take impressions of your teeth to do what's called a wax-up where the lab will reconstruct your teeth in wax to give you a preview of your new smile.
Keep in mind veneers have been nicknamed "Instant Orthodontia."

Hi there,
It depends on how crowded your teeth. A little crowding is ok do a veneer job. If there is too much crowding of the teeth they cannot do veneers as they would have to cut too much of your natural tooth off.
I have seen fantastic results with veneers.
