multiple bumps in my mouth... canker or cold sores?!


Question: Multiple bumps in my mouth... canker or cold sores?
little bumps that look like canker/cold sores are forming all next to each other
it very painful and its under my tongue, gums, and back side of my tongue.

what can it be?? has anyone experienced this?

It could be an allergic reaction to something you've eaten or your toothpaste (you also have to remember you can develop a reaction over time so if you've been eating alot of something you used to only eat once in a while) or they could be ulcers http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mouth_ulcer

I would suggest trying to look at one in a mirror and seeing what they look like but if they continue to be sore I would see a doctor
