Take your pain pills and your antibiotics.

I had mine surgically removed, and I had no problems. I didn't have any pain, either, so I quit taking the pain pills after day 1 because they made me tired (and they were HUGE).

I was eating Spaghettios and Mashed potatoes the first day, and then after that, I was eating normal food again. I had to take it a little slower and chew more carefully than usual, but I was still eating it.

You should be fine...

Take Arnica Montana! Get it at your local health food store or Whole Foods. Read the directions... I think you take it the day before the procedure. Your friend may be going to lunch, but she won't be eating much.

Some advice to help your blood clot stay:
-Don't spit
-Don't smoke
-Don't drink out of a straw
-Don't eat spicy or hard or sharp foods
-Don't brush on that side until instructed to by your dentist

First your friends an idiot. She will most likely rip what little tisue has healed and will thus be more likely to develop dry sockets. I would sujest sleep, what ever meds you are given and a salt water rinse. Try not to chew anything hard for a few days.

I got all 4 out at the same time too! All I can say is sleep, take Ur meds, and sleep :) u will probably be somewhat ok by Sunday. Idk, it took me about a week to recover completely but who knows, u might be a faster healer than me :)

Look into Anbesol, it works great for gum pain and tooth aches.
