Yes they can. The stomach acid that comes out when you purge eats away at your teeth's enamel and it makes it more delicate. Will they ask you "Are you purging"? , nope, but they will confront you and say "You have too many cavities" or something to the sort if your teeth are worn to the point that they started decaying.

In case you didn't know vomit is acidic and will rot your teeth, they may not look it but I'm sure the back of your teeth are showing visible signs of decay - especially after two years. I'm sure he/she won't care though, he/she isn't a psychologist and isn't going to confront you about it, he'll clean your teeth and go about his day more than likely.

If they look into your mouth, the esophagus will have been irritated for some time and your enamel will have started to erode. There is no hiding your mental illness. Get help. Purging via the mouth is unnatural and may even lead to throat cancer.

Why do you expect criticism? Purging isn't "bad", it's a disease that can and should be treated,.

Yes, the dentist can probably tell by the wear on your teeth.
