one of my teeth has been sore for a few days and i can wiggle it a little with m!

Question: One of my teeth has been sore for a few days and i can wiggle it a little with my tongue, can i see a doctor?
before my tooth became sore and wiggly i got this scratch on the inside of my mouth down really low where i would imagine the root would be to the tooth that now hurts. does it sound like i have an infection? as in the scratch would have gotten infected and then spread through my root up to my tooth? my dentist is hard to get an appointment with. if i went to the doctor could they give me some antibiotics?

also, if i don't go in and continue using hydrogen peroxide on the area, might it heal by itself?

Tooth tenderness and mobility are signs of an infection. You would probably be wise to see your dentist for a quick x-ray. After viewing the x-ray they'll determine whether you need an antibiotic or further treatment. If there is a problem, catch it while it's SMALL to avoid expensive procedures in the future. Hopefully it's not to the point of needing a root canal already. Play it safe and call for an appointment. :)
