If you could tell me some of your favourite products to make your teeth looking white and healthy that would be amazing :)

I use a lot of Crest products and they keep my teeth really white :D
I'd say Crest Whitestrips are the best product for quick whitening (they're not expensive, and they're enamel safe - read some reviews on Amazon), then toothpastes like the "3D White Advanced Vivid" are great for maintaining whiteness.
Obviously to keep your teeth healthy, remember to always brush after meals and floss daily. I use a Listerine mouthwash to keep them extra healthy. And remember to brush your tongue, gums, and the roof of your mouth. Don't press too hard while brushing; this can make your gums bleed and cause receding.
If you drink fizzy drinks or fruit juices, wait about 20 minutes before you next brush your teeth. (acidy drinks soften the enamel on your teeth, and when you brush them in that state, the enamel comes off easier, so give it time to recover)
If you have sensitive teeth, I'd recommend using a toothpaste made to combat that problem.
Also, watch out for drinks that stain your teeth. I had to cut down on tea and coffee to keep my teeth white, on the advice of my dentist.

Teeth take a lot of work to keep them nice, but it's worth it to have a great smile. :) Good luck!

Crest White strips are the best on the market for home teeth whitening.
The Crest 3D White Whitestrips Advanced Seal Professional Effects worked best for me.
30 minutes once a day and you start to see a difference after 3 days.

Here in the UK you can't buy whitening strips in supermarkets but you can get them online and I found www.smile-with-style.co.uk very good as you dont have to buy a full box and delivery is free in the UK.
