Rubber bands for braces..?!
Question: Rubber bands for braces..?
So, ive had to wear rubber bands in order to get my braces off. My midline is off 3mm. so if i wear my rubber bands 24/7 every month, il get my braces off in 3 months. i dont want to wear them though because
1.my braces just got tightened
2. i forget to do it
3. it HURTS!
what is the solution to all of these problems!

Braces hurt.... It's a given. Do like the the Dr says, or have ugly teeth.
