Question: A piece of my tooth is still there after it fell out..what do i do?

My tooth fell out and a fragment of it is still stuck in and i cant get it out because it hurts waay too much :/ what do I do? D:

if it is a baby tooth go to the dentist and get it removed, if it is not a baby tooth go to the dentist and get a gold fill in.
