My braces bracket fell off?!

I don't know about America but I'm from the UK i know they wont charge if you say it just happened and you don't know what caused it. Tell your mum the truth about what happened, but don't tell the ortho. This could cause a set back in your treatment so get it fixed as soon as possible. Same thing happened to me while i was eating a wham bar and my bracket came off the tooth, i contacted the orthodontist and he put me in for his earliest appointment. He said he was glad i came so early because my teeth would have moved back to it's original place. He asked what had happened and i told him i was in class and it just came off. Good Luck ! xx

if u consistently break them at my dentist the might start to charge you but if its your only second 1 u'll b fine! I would just wait unless its causing discomfort bc other wise it wont have any effect. U should still hav ur mom call so they know to add extra time to fix it at the next appointment. Good luck. Well you should tell I got mine off yesterday and have to get braces again in august because my teeth wouldn't shift because I broke my brackets every time u break one after the first three its 50 bucks (my ortho)

I broke tons of them off, the ortho never charged me extra to put new ones back on. Of course i always lied about how they broke off as well.
