Getting braces tomorrow!!?!

Gettin em doesn't hurtvthat bad. You know what hurts/ is really annoying? The stupid rubber bands that fix overbite. I just got them today after 2 years of braces. They hurt most either after you get them or after get them adjusted. The colors depend on your opinion, but light colors fade faster. Red holds really good. Dark colors just always do best. Punk and blue would look good, I've had it before. But I would get hot ink, cuz pink also fades faster than others.

Personal experience

1- they suck... Your gums WILL BLEED at first
1.5- They dont start hurting for a few hours- you just feel pressure
2- idk whatever you like
3- Anything will look good, within reason
- ASPRIN is your best buddy

- really, after you get used to them, they arent that bad. Just make sure yo brush your teeth and wear your rubber bands when you are told to and youll have them off in no time! Also brushing is important because without brushing your teeth will look terrible when you get the braces off. (trust me i know from experience)

yay for braces!

1. sometimes it might feel a little uncomfortable. especially when you chew. so try to eat soft food for a while until you get used to eating with braces.
2. I would recommend light blue and or silver I dunno I just think that look nice on teeth lol O.o
3. pink and blue would look really cute together!! :D yay!!

having two friends one with braces one who had braces

1) braces don't hurt when getting put on at all! but afterwards for a few days, your teeth feel really tight. it's hard to eat hard fruits, such as apples and it hurts to bite into sandwiches or hamburgers, but mashed potatoes, ice cream and soup are wonderful! after the few days, your teeth feel fine again. then the process restarts when you get your wire tightened and your bands changed.

2) whatever colors you want! just be wise, because you're stuck with them for 6 weeks if i remember correctly.

3) pink and blue are awesome!

1. depending on the person they hurt, like for me it hrut alot and started maybe half an horu after i got them, but with my brother it didnt hurt at all
2. orange looks good, or red, but dont get colours that will look like u got food stuck lol purples also good!

well they dont hurt going on but they do hurt later that day. you can use tylenol or advil to make it hurt less. any colors are good except for black

it doesnt matter what color you get cuz your gums will bleed and the blood will soak in the rubber bands turning them red.

Take some Tylenol RIGHT before they put them on. They are going to hurt but at least you'll have some buffering. They'll hurt for a couple days sometimes when first put on.

I would say that for the first time, dont get any colors....Just get used to them first.
