Question: Can teeth calculus be removed completely in a matter of years (details)?

I have a very good dentist which I known for three years. They said that I improved a lot (taking care of my teeth) which is true. But I still have calculus. They said they will do 4 quadrants next time, that sounds my whole teeth right? Are they lying or getting more money from me? My teeth looks okay when I smile but the lower inner teeth is my only problem.
