i brush my teeth using wine instead of water, but sometimes if i want a really bright smile i add a drop of bleach...NOT......
Depends how your house is plumbed. If you have a cold tank in the attic feeding a hot water cylinder, there is more likely to be bacteria in the hot water, the cleanest water will be the cold if it is plumbed into the rising main.

You can use hot water although cold water is less likely to prevent the growth of bacteria. A way to prevent this is to use a mouthwash after brushing.
Nothing wrong it's just choice.
Bacteria usually get a blast from the fluoride in the paste no matter if hot or cold.
Nothing wrong with it
you should go to doctor immediately.
Not that I know of? I brush mines in hot water, it does feel cleaner to me too!
Cold water keeps the bristles stiff.
I always brush my teeth with warm water, always have.
