Question: Can you get braces for a second time?
and now, 3 months later, they have all moved back to exactly the same positions as before (no exaggeration, they are COMPLETELY out of place) and it looks like i never even had braces in the first place
was wondering, is it possible to get new braces put on for a second time???
and will i have to pay for it???

Yes its possible, it depends on your age what the price would be.. They may decide to take another route if the braces didn't work the first time..
Did you not have a retainer after your treatment?

In the first instance you need to make an appointment with the orthodontic practise that did your course of treatment. The discuss the movement with the orthodontist that treated you as they will still have the original study model so will be able to compare the movement.
If the reasoning for the movement is unusual and there is no reason for the movement then they will more than likely appeal on your behalf for funding to the NHS for another course of treatment.
But they do not normally move like that and if the movement is because you have not worn your retainers (and they will be able to tell by your retainer shape and the movement) then they will not help you any further on the NHS. You will then need to self fund any further treatment as it will be considered you wasted your one opportunity.
