It's still pretty early days to make any kind of real judgment on how things will finally look. It can take the face several months to finally settle down again after major surgery, up to a year depending on how much is actually done/redone. You could still easily have swelling from that surgery two months ago, you are still healing even though the surface skin is closed and those stitches are gone. Those bones will take at least six to eight weeks, and usually longer to finally heal. Until then, you will not be able to really tell what the final look is going to be like. It's normal not to be too happy with the look in the meantime. You have had a radical reshaping in your face, and have to give it time to adjust to your new look. It takes time for your mind to learn to see the new you, just like it takes time for the physical healing to happen. The surgery changed how you look, your mental image of yourself will also have to adjust. Give it a little while longer before you make any kind of judgements on how you look. Give yourself a chance to adapt to the new look, too. If you need to, discuss your feelings with your doctor. It's not just about physical changes that have to heal, it's also about what is behind that face and inside your head. You're normal, and so is what you see and feel.
