Why would it be bad? That's the reason people see plastic surgeons...
Honestly I think most people at least consider it. I know I have. It depends on how bad the issue is, if its consuming you I'd say go for it. Living unhappy with your physical appearance can be miserable. I feel really self conscious about my breast, I don’t want implants or anything but I am thinking about getting them lifted.
So to answer your question more specifically I would say no, not unless you just completely transform yourself into something you are not or perhaps get addicted....then I’d consider it bad.
