well, its too late now.
you can eat what ever you want. Nothing will improve the cavity. Avoiding certain foods won't make it go away either.
You need to brush more often, particularly before bedtime to avoid getting any more cavities. Staying away from junk food will also help avoiding more cavities.
Candy and soda pretty much covers all the no nos for cavities

It's too late anyways. You should of asked before you got them.
Truth is you can eat anything you want as long as you brush right after.
But also ANYTHING you eat will cause cavities. Including drinks! With the exception on PLAIN water.
Brush Brush Brush!!! They WILL turn into SERIOUS root and never problems and I promise you WILL need a root canal if you don't take care of these cavities and get them fixed at a dentist soon! Give it a couple months and you will need a root canal. Most dental insurances do NOT pay for root canals letalone the cap that is needed after a root canal (their 900$ a tooth and that's just for the crown).
After everything you eat BRUSH YOUR TEETH FOR 3-4 minutes. Make sure too clean especially by the infected teeth.
I need 12 root canals and 8 fillings done. I'm paying for each root canal crown. So I need 10,800$ luckily I can pay for it.
It can turn into an ABSCESSED TOOTH. I have one of those. They hurt like a BIHH. and the ONLY way to get rid of them is ANTIBIOTICS followed by a ROOTCANAL or it will come back or an EXTRACTION (Pulling the tooth out).
If you are scared of the dentist ask for NITROUS OXIDE AKA LAUGHING GAS. it works miracles. You wont feel anything.
Try to get insurance (ex- Medicaid).
My dentist says FLOSSING IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!
Also you an ENAMEL STRENGHTING MOUTHWASH.
Please! My face is completely swollen right now and I've missed 6 days of school because of this Abscessed tooth that started out as a simple cavitiy!
Help yourself!
BRUSH!

Presumably you will get this taken care of. Cavities will grow over time so you need to get fillings pronto.

Avoid sugar and brush often will lessen the pain. Floss carefully to keep rotted areas clean. Avoid hot and cold foods for pain and also avoid hard foods (carrots, toasted grains) for the same reason: it will hurt.

any sugars! It will just make it worse. Try and brush your teeth as much as you can until you get it fixed. ur right about the soda, it just eats the enamel off your teeth.

ANYTHING WITH SUGAR
