why am I getting bleeding gums?!
Question: Why am I getting bleeding gums?
in the last couple of weeks I've noticed my gums start bleeding quite easily when I floss. Is this a sign of some dietary deffiency, if so, what am I lacking?

hmmm try switching to orbit or juicy fruit
It might be gum disease so you might have to talk to your dentist about it. Also if you have not brushed your teeth in a while they will bleed too, but that is unlikely.
usualy its a sign u dont floss as much or brush your teeth as much as you should be. that happened to me before, if it gets bad a doctor can give u a mouth rinse. to really clean your teeth.
