Which is Better Novocaine or Laughing gas?!

laughing gas is pretty good since no needles are involved but if your dentist is friendly let them decide after explaining the situation. My old dentist when i was a kid let me choose and most of the time I did have to get Novocaine which lasted longer but everyones different so just let them know honestly and they'll help you out.

You don't always get a choice. Sometimes, gas will only be administered during specific procedures. Look for a dentist that specializes in "scared" patients.

Well they're two different things.
If you are anxious, I'd recommend Nitrous Oxide, or 'Laughing gas'.
But relax- It isn't that bad. And you'll feel a lot better afterward.

novocaine will just numb the area while "laughing gas" relaxes you. I'd ask for both lol! It's really up to the dentist's discretion not yours

Hey man i am the same I would take the nov Bc the only thing you feel it when they give u the shot and then no more pain nothing.
