I have a few questions about teeth whitening...?!

Question: I have a few questions about teeth whitening...?
1. What is the recommended age for teeth whitening?
2. What is the best whitener that doesn't make your teeth weak/sensitive? (My teeth are already sensitive)
3. Would you recommend getting them done professionally or are store-bought systems and kits ok?

Thank you!!

Answers:

1. i would say about 17 and up
2. all whitening systems will make your teeth sensitive, i recommend getting a fluoride rinse, and rinsing before and after whitening for about 1 minute, and not to eat or drink anything from 30minutes after.
3. Professionally is always better, especially the zoom bleaching. u get it done in one shot and then touch ups every 6 months, depending on what u eat or drink. if u do consider zoom take pain killers before your visit, it'll minimize the sensitivity. but either way you do it, u'll still have very sensitive teeth afterwards.

First of all mention age is essential to mention as after the age of 20 some time its needed to opt for whitening, however its not essential . Its just a cosmetics application like bleach on face or applying face pack . Whitener can never make weak as the teeth is as good as the bones so what is harm to body is harming to teeth too . But its nothing as the whitener of any renowned manufacturer is used they take care for the ingredients. Besides, better to have it polished by dentist with the gadget and doing of our own from cheap marketable never according to my experience.
