how much does a crown for a front tooth cost?!

Question: How much does a crown for a front tooth cost?
so my front tooth, the one by my canine, got an infection from the previous root canal that was done on it a few years ago. The procedure to clean it would of cost me 2500$ dollars and because I'm a college student, I have no dental insurance. So I had to pay out of pocket but because I'm a college student I didn't have that much money. So all I could do was keep taking my anti-biotics until I had that much money. Well today at lunch it fell out. The infection deteriorated my real tooth so half of it broke off. Part of the tooth is on my old crown that fell out, and part of it is still in my mouth up in the gums.
I made an emergency dental appointment to get it looked at, but I already know I can't live a happy life with a front tooth missing. I'm already self conscious as it is.
So how much am I looking at? I know I'm going to need a new crown, how much is that going to be? And I'm pretty sure they are going to have to rip out the remainder of my old tooth, so what procedure am I looking at getting done for a new implant? Is it going to be one of those metal rods in my gum with a twist on crown? How much would a procedure like that cost?

Btw, if any Doctors want to view a photo of my tooth to help better judge the cost to repair I can email you a photo of the damage.
Thanks

You can easily check your minimal health care rates in internet, for example here - health-quotes.isgreat.org

Medical Discount Plan
ideal for those who cannot afford or qualify for traditional health insurance. The companies offer discounted health services for a quite low monthly fee. Benefits include a range of discounts for doctors, hospitals, dental, vision, prescriptions, vitamins, as well as other health services.

Individual & Family Health Plans
This is a major health insurance plan for individuals and families. If you are looking for comprehensive long term health insurance coverage for yourself and/or your family members who are 62 years old or younger - this is the plan to choose.

Short Term Medical Plans
This plan is ideal for individuals in transition. Maybe you have just graduated from college and are no longer covered under your student health insurance or you moved out on your own, and you're no longer covered under your parents' medical insurance plan. Or perhaps you're employed part-time, going to school, leaving home for the first time, or even retiring early. Maybe you've found a new job, but your new employer's group health insurance plan won't kick in until you've been with months.

YOu are not the only person who have ever met this kind of problem,I met this type of problem before.I have good experience here www.HealthInsuranceFree.info/dental.html to solve the problem.

so u already have root canal done, great!
you'll probably need a filling or build up, possible with a post, since your tooth is falling apart... that will run you about $300.
A all porcelain crown for the front tooth will be approx. $1020
A total of $1320... (fees based of my office)

For implant.. itll be much more, because they have remove your old tooth and if you need bone or other materials it run you about $4500, thats with implant, abutment, and crown... every office fees are different..
and if your a college student, you should ask them about care credit, its a payment plan, works kinda like a credit card, if your approved your all set with no interest for 12months.

First of all I want to tell you what's it like to be in your situation. Being that those front teeth are so important. Who was the previous dentist that worked on your teeth? If there's enough foundation of your old tooth there really is no need for implant. The dentist can also rebuild that tooth. Also we all know that a crown is not cheap at all, the dentist who did this procedure should be able to fix it again. I have worked with a dentist who makes sure that if the crowns on his patients were to ever fall out he fixes them without a charge because he puts his work behind it. If they can not do anything about it, please do ask to have it fixed temporarily just until you say up some money if an implant is your only option. They have temporary filling material that may be glued back to your teeth just as long as you try and take care of that.
