based on not seeing any XRays, not seeing the condition of your gums, teeth, tongue, periodontal bone nor oral hygiene habits I doubt you will be able to get a REALLY DECENT answer on here.

impacted (soft or hard tissue) teeth can be a big problem. They can be no problem. Front teeth, back teeth, baby teeth, adult teeth... It just depends. It's case by case.

I heard about a guy who had is wisdom teeth pulled when he was a young adult. In less than a year, they "grew" back. Obviously, they did not "grow back", he just had an extra set of wisdom teeth.
