When they start hurting, it usually means they need to be pulled. Go to a dentist, and have it checked out, it could just be a cavity, or a gum inflamation. I am kind of a freak of nature, I still have all my wisdom teeth, minus one that never came in.

wisdom teeth do not grow upwards. most people have to get them removed because it causes pain in the jaw. It is best to get them removed when you are younger because the longer you wait the deeper they have to cut to get them out. They will put you to sleep at the hospital.. your dentist will chose someone to do the procedure, and its really not that bad. You will eat lots of mashed potatoes, jello, and yogurt for a few weeks, take pain medicine and an antibiotic.

my experience and what the doctor told me.

I have had all my wisdom teeth removed, if they are not out (impact) they cut and put them out. I'm thinking they will have to cut your gums and pull them out and put stitches in after. Make sure you keep it clean after by swishing with salt water and don't do what I did eat a peanut butter sandwich it just doesn't work with stitches lol It will take a few days for it to heal and then they pull the stitches.

Only a dentist can tell you if they need to come out and what method would be used if they need to come out. Make an appointment and find out what needs to be done.
