root canal questions please help?!

I just got my 1st root canal yesterday well they got started on it they took the nerves and cleaned it out and then filled it with some clay stuff and all that and they told me I got to go back in 2 weeks and get a temp crown and then 2 weeks after that I go back for the real on but I dont know I am having some things going on and I dont know if it is normal I would call and ask but they are not working today. Well first off I feel like there is popping in my tooth and clikcing in my jaw. My mouth is really sore when my teeth touch. What all do i need to watch for and what do I need to do
