Can I use Act for kids?!

I went to the dentist yesterday and I was told that i am starting to develop tooth decay(not bad, it can be reversed). She said I had good dental hygeine but i wasn't getting enough fluoride(can't spell it). She told me to start using Act. I was wondering if i could use Act for kids. I would use regular Act but my mom bought me the bubblegum flavored one claiming that it has the same amount of fluoride. Will this help me out, or do i need to get another kind.
