Depending on how deep the dentist will have to dig to remove the wisdom teeth, you will feel different sensations at different parts of your jaw. Mine were still in my gums, so my lower jaw felt heavier and I could feel it pulsating because of how deep the dentist had to dig.

You should refrain from taking too many painkillers because you might overdose or get addicted to them, so only use them if you really feel the pain. The anesthetic should do it's job, you shouldn't feel anything for the most part :)

Make sure you clean your mouth out with warm salt water everytime you eat! You don't want the wounds to get infected.

With the anesthetic, you'll feel nothing at all. It's amazing just like you've misplace half your face. Then you get tingles in that region as it wears off. Once the anesthetic has subsided expect great pain ;), however you do get epic pain killers
