Gums are still bleeding 12 hours after deep cleaning?!

Question: Gums are still bleeding 12 hours after deep cleaning?
My first deep cleaning in my life , im 25 , and my bottom gums are still bleeding alot , and theres what i think is a clot on one part of the front and one part of the back. What can i do to stop this bleeding? Im assuming this is all normal considering its my first deep clean and i needed one bad.
