Question: About my teeth - underbite?
Today someone pointed out that I had a pointy chin. When I am watching TV and stuff I always poke my chin and my head out because I'm a lazy high schooler with bad posture >.<
When I talk or smile my teeth line up pretty well but I do have an underbite and I it makes my chin really pointy and stick out and I don't like how it does that. It's bothersome and ruins my self esteem (not all too much but it's annoying how people point it out)
Well I want to know if even though my teeth line up straight why do I have an underbite and would I have the choice to get head gear or surgery and all that jazz...
I'm about to turn 15 if that matters

The only way to find out is to see an Orthodontist and let them evaluate through the x-ray. This is a good time. The Orthodontist will recommend what need to be done.
this girl at my school rght now had an underbite.and shehad to get her jaw broken to fix it
