Question: Very very very sensitive front bottom teeth...owwww?

my bottom front teeth have become very sensitive ...its very annoying and very bothersome. what should i do? i have to squeeze and press my front bottom teeth very hard to relieve the sensitivity. Why is this? Its on teeth 23, 24, 25, 26. With teeth 24, 25 the worst sensitivity. Please help
