Which one first: brushing, flossing, or mouthwash?!

Question: Which one first: brushing, flossing, or mouthwash?
I have heard it is good to first floss, mouthwash, then brush so the mouthwash loosens the plaque and stuff. What is your process? What is best for braces? Thanks for answering!

Answers:

the best for braces is brush then floss and then mouth wash.
the reason is the brush might not hit everything behind the wire or it pushes the plaque into the gaps of your teeth
when you floss you get the left overs but sometimes the food falls off the floss and stays in between your teeth
Finally the food particles are almost out and the mouthwash gets the rest

My periodontist told me to floss first to loosen the plaque and then brush to get it all. Follow that with mouthwash and your semi-annual cleaning will go quickly with few problems. Been doing it that way for almost 20 years.

Brushing first Flossing and Mouthwash

i have braces and i first floss, then brush. that's pretty much it.
