Question: I need very good advice?

So im getting braces soon (i hope) and i need to know things that will help my time with my braces more easy. Note: im only getting braces on the top.

Well why don't you ask your DR. You pay for it and ask as many questions as you have. Over Yahoo asking questions and getting advises from nonprofessional people, may easily harm your treatment, there are not Dr. sitting here and answering patient questions, I strongly recommend you to jot down Ur questions and interview :) own treatment coordinator.
