If you wet your tooth brush and dip it in some baking soda powder and brush your teeth with it. Can that weakling it or not? Or can it make your teeth whiter

Baking soda has a very low abrasion factor so generally speaking, no. But it is still an abrasive so if you are too agressive then long term, yes. It will probably not whiten your teeth.
