I personally never wear mine. I know where it is and they so shift a little but i can hardly tell for like a few months, ill pop it back in for a few hours and then they'll be back to normal, i guess it depends on the person though. Try to find it.

Possibly. I got my braces off about two years ago, too. My orthodontist told me to keep my retainer in longer the last time I went, a few months ago. You should probably call your orthodontist and ask him though.

They will shift but not all of a sudden
Like if u dont wear them for a week ull feel it and when u put them back on they will hurt a bit.
