Question: Is it possible to get my cavities filled the same time i get my teeth pulled?
I'm getting my lower tooth pull due to its causing abscess,but while i was pregnant i end up cracking two teeth in the back real bad equaling 3 teeth that need to be pull...I'm embarrass to say but i haven't been to the dentist in years so i have a few minor cavities that need to b filled while they're small......is it possible to get some of my cavities filled when i get my 3 teeth pulled

They should do them in the same visit yes



No , that is quite a lot of work to do in one visit. When doing a filling the area must be kept completely dry and clean and free of saliva and blood to allow the fillings to set. This will be impossible if you have extractions on the same day. Even if you did the fillings first and then the extractions this is not a good idea as the mouth can become infected due to the materials later on. You must decide on which is most important, fillings or teeth out? Do what needs done first then get the other 1 week later.
