Nothing much except fluoride - but only stupidly high doses will do you any damage.

All of the other compounds are fairly inert.

Around 4 grams of pure fluoride can be fatal to an adult - but up to 12g is survivable.

Toothpaste contains around 1% of sodium monofluorophosphate.

So it would take a lot of tubes of toothpaste to cause a problem.
