It's been on Oprah Winfrey and everything - starts at around $37 for the gel. As far as cheaper methods go, you could try whitening toothpaste/chewing gum, but I've never found that to work.

The only way to get real whitening is to use a product with peroxide in it.

I know you don't want to spend a lot of money, but if you really want white teeth, then you will need to spend some money to do it.

Get a product with 10% peroxide in it and you'll see real results. Here's the way I look at it - I'd rather spend the money on a product that will work than spend a little money on a bunch of things that don't get me any results.

yes......an affective solution is in Indian AYURVEDA that....... 1)take 1/2 table spoon pure musturd oil and little bit white salt(iodized) on ur hand and mix them. then rub it by ur finger on ur teeth morning and nite for 2 or 3 min.
