Waht factors to consider in deciding to retain good teeth or take all out and ha!

Question: Waht factors to consider in deciding to retain good teeth or take all out and have dental implant ?
Answers:

IIt is always better to refrain from removing healthy teeth.. implants, artificial teeth can never replace real teeth.. plus taking out your canines, which are the corner stones of your mouth, will make your face look old.. imagine the difference when an old person has dentures on then takes them out..

if your teeth are healthy..
BUT
*have discolored due to stains or the like -> then its better that you just have them whitened
*have chips or are broken -> just have them repaired with composites or have some badly damaged teeth replaced with crowns.
*have lots of plaque build up -> extensive prophylaxis/cleaning

its always better to leave healthy teeth in.. but even if they're so damaged to the point that the tooth is dead.. root canal treatment is recommended so that at least the root portion of the tooth is saved..

regardless how advance the technology or how real or natural the artificial stuff may look, feel and function.. nothing can really replace what is naturally from the body..

You would never want to remove good, healthy teeth to put in implants. Although implants are very successful, nothing is as good as your natural teeth if they are “savable”. I’m wondering why you would be contemplating such an action. Are some of your teeth not savable and you are just frustrated with the thought of having a lot of dental work done? Also keep in mind the expense. To remove all of your teeth and have the “all on four” (4 implants), and fixed (non-removable) teeth placed, runs around $25,000.00 per arch! I would recommend you get several opinions before you make any non-reversible decisions.
