any lump that moves and does not hurt is only a cyst, go to your Dr's who will confirm this and treat you accordingly.
I know that from experience because had one in my breast and had it drained that was 11 years ago.
You did not mention if it is in or out..
It could be a mucocele if it is on the cheek mucosa.
If its out of the oral cavity I suspect its a little lower and behind the madible. That is nothing but one of your lymph nodes. The submandibular lymph node to be specific.
it is usually a common thing i do have such a movable lump down my chin, so nothing to worry about it...!
sounds like a cyst to me. Can be removed or emptied by an oral surgeon. A GP will NOT be able to do anything, contrary to the other answer given on here!
