The pain is a normal part of the orthodontic experience. The wires and brackets are putting forces on your teeth to move them in place. The pain and discomfort often occur after your orthodontist adjusts your wires. Just remember that you will have an awesome and beautiful smile after you have your braces removed. That smile will stay with you the rest of your life and is something to be proud of.

wisdom teeth would hurt in the extreme back.
Its your teeth making movements within your jaw which iscausing the discomfort.

Pain always comes with braces.
