Question: Can you fix a chipped tooth even if you have braces on?
My left front tooth is chipped. I have braces on right now. The orthodontists and dentists keep saying that they will fix this when I get my braces off. Is this true? If so why? Even if it is true, can I still get the tooth repaired with my braces on?

They can totally fix it, they just don't want to. It will be a lot of work if they have to remove the braces from that tooth, cap it, and wait, and put the braces back on. But you are the customer. If you want it fixed, tell them.
Why do you not ask them? Perhaps they have a reason, like tooth alignment, where they would have to fix it again after all the alignment is done? If not, ask them why in the hell they don't get on with it!
