How bad does a root canal hurt? ?!

just had my first last week and i have to say it wasn't that bad. if your tooth hurts already, it's a relief. the worst part is the numbing shots, but it's quick-ish. then all you feel is of course the vibration of the drill and a little pressure as they dig out your nerve. most people complain that their jaw hurts after because it's been propped open for about 2 hours-that's probably the most annoying part.

i heard some whisper that it doesn't hurt because your nerve is rotten and all
anyway, the other part that is swelling will still be hurt

it will rot to your jaw and split it in 2, and that will be the pain

its hurts pretty ****** bad its like a snake slithering down your throat while your shitting out nails
