hydrogen peroxide is relatively safe. On my label it says that it can be used for gargling.

Since you poured a little, you probably are vomiting from some other cause. I have used it as gargle and swallowed it quite a few times (I am a singer, to clear the excess mucus), but I have never vomited before.

I never liked the after taste, so I no longer use it.

yes= bad, need clean out
no= maybe ok, just drink lots of water

the bad is your internal epidermis is falling apart and have some blood clog which lead to necrosis

if you just wash your mouth with it, and your mouth is ok, then you are ok
