Horizontal wisdom teeth, can i leave them?!

Question: Horizontal wisdom teeth, can i leave them?
They were bothering me last week, i could feel pressure on my teeth and my gums were bleeding, brushed super lots and took some Tylenol. Now there not bothering me at all, and my gums are getting better. Can i leave them in? My Bio teacher told me that because my body finished growing (im 21) my wisdom teeth will probably just push a bit, and settle where they are and i dont have to get them removed. Is this true?

It depends. I would just wait it out and see what happens. My dentist said my wisdom teeth were growing in crooked, would never fully erupt and definitely would have to be removed. Three years later I have 4 healthy wisdom teeth that don't bother me at all. In your case, if the pain isn't unbearable, I would give your teeth a few months to settle. If they stop bothering you, leave them.

No, your bio teacher is a bio teacher not a dentist. You should get checked by a dentist. In order for the dentist to know whether or not you need to get your wisdom teeth taken out will be determined by a quick x-ray. Also, you're not a dentist either your wisdom teeth may not be horizontal completely, they can be straight up but close to a tooth or only partially impacted. Get checked either way!

i still have mine i have had them for years they are not infected and completly sideways they dident crowd my smile eather look fine and healthy why go through it if you dont have to right now
