can you not find a nhs dentist? your local health care have a duty to find you one. its £15.00 for a checkup and 45.00 for all treatment needed at that time. i think its band 3 for crowns £100.00 and something so in all loads cheaper!

yes most will do payment planes
Very few NHS dentists will make crowns on the NHS anyway. They are allowed to mix and match NHS under the current contracts and they cannot cover the time involved and the materials involved in the preparation and add the laboratory fees for making a decent crown with the 198 that that NHS allows you to pay.
Some dentists will offer payment plans but you would need to check the interest payable to see if it is viable for you. Some will also offer to stage the treatment over a longer period of time so you can pay as you go. Most dentists expect to be paid as you leave the surgery now as well.
That 450 is dependant on individual needs, and is low for a crown as current prices go. You will need a new crown now because of the super glue (it eats into them and damages the tooth as well) whereas it may have simply been able to be stuck back on in the first place and the others worked off and put back in place. There will be extra to pay if a root canal treatment is needed.
